2. What Personal Data We Process
We process personal data that you provide to us directly through our contact form, puppy application form, by e-mail, by phone, or by other means of communication.
This may include, in particular:
- your full name,
- your residential address, country, and contact details,
- your phone number and e-mail address,
- information about your household, family, and living conditions for keeping a dog,
- information about your previous experience with dogs,
- details about your preferred litter, puppy sex, or planned collection date,
- any other information you voluntarily provide in the application form or during communication with us.
3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
We process your personal data primarily for the following purposes:
- to maintain records of puppy applicants,
- to manage the waiting list for the litter specified in your application form,
- to communicate with you prior to a possible puppy reservation,
- to assess the suitability of the future home for a puppy,
- to provide you with information about the litter, puppy availability, and reservation terms,
- to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the controller.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data primarily because you have contacted us with an interest in a puppy and have requested to be included in our applicant records or on our waiting list.
The main legal basis for processing is the taking of steps at your request prior to the possible conclusion of a contract.
Where necessary, we may also process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, in particular for the purpose of keeping records of communication, protecting legal claims, and documenting the course of our mutual communication.
5. Inclusion on the Waiting List
By completing and submitting the application form, you request to be included in our applicant records and on the waiting list for a puppy from the litter specified in the form.
Submitting the application form does not in itself constitute a binding puppy reservation.
Binding puppy reservations are opened only after the puppies are born, once the number of male and female puppies is known. We then create a reservation list, which may also include a deposit for the puppy.
6. Retention Period of Personal Data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
As a general rule, data relating to a request for inclusion on the waiting list is retained for the duration of communication regarding the relevant litter.
After communication has ended or the litter has been closed, we may retain the data for a reasonable period, in particular for record-keeping purposes and for the protection of legal claims.
If a puppy is reserved or a contractual relationship is established, we may also retain the data for the period necessary to comply with related legal obligations.
7. Who May Have Access to Your Data
Your personal data may be disclosed, to the extent necessary, to persons or companies providing technical operation of the website, web hosting, form administration, e-mail services, or technical support on our behalf.
Your data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries
As a rule, we do not intend to transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
If such a transfer were to occur through technical service providers, it would be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
9. Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
